Working with the inner child can help to unravel thought patterns, beliefs, and wounding that affect how we show up in sex, love, relationships, and dating. 

Try connecting with your inner child on a regular basis through play to enrich your relationship and provide him/her with a container to do what kids do best! It’s reparenting at its finest and allows your inner child to feel reassured that the adult you can handle the responsibilities of adulthood while allowing him/her to feel nurtured and thrive. 

Do you recall what gave you pleasure as a child? I loved blowing bubbles, playing on swings, climbing trees, and swimming!
