Do you ever get tired of trying to stay on top of everything? Feeling overwhelmed and overworked? I wonder, what would happen if you simply stopped?
And instead of controlling the world around you, actually experiencing it.
Surrender is the key to tapping into our pleasure. Pleasure isn’t about creating those perfect moments; it’s slowing down, being receptive, and allowing; watching the inner and outer worlds dance for your soul.
The path itself is so delicious as it is unfolding. What can be more delicious than to feel, hands on, all day long?
So just slow down, let everything go, and follow your impulses.
10 ideas to drop into surrender:
1. Relax. Release the reigns and fall deep into your body. Stop holding on so tightly.
2. Slow, slow, slow everything down.
3. Fully enjoy your intimate experiences. Withhold the tendency to have an agenda for an orgsmic outcome.
4. Love yourself. Tend to your mind and your body. Relax into a hot salty bath with rose essential oil. Tune into your senses. Add a scoop of coconut oil to really nourish and massage your skin.
5. Feel your body, inside and out. Show yourself loving gratitude. Give yourself a nice pelvic floor massage or ask your lover.
6. Experience your flavor. Love and acknowledge your uniqueness. Breathe into it. Embody it. Enjoy the experience through self pleasure or during coupled intimacy.
7. Stay out of your head and instead trust the force within. Breathe into your root. Channel your energy. Feel the tingling and aliveness coursing through your being.
8. Have fun! Access the state of being where you have no worries and simply play. Find joy in the present moment.
9. Try new things and be adventurous. Aim for zero self judgement.
10. Dance and express the emotions that are within your body. Ride the waves.
