Try this pelvic floor massage targeted at releasing the superficial layer.

This practice is great for those who have pain with insertion during intercourse.
And it’s also a great preparation to a perineal massage if you’re wanting to avoid an episiotomy.

I recommend coconut oil because it is natural and glides smoothly. But feel free to use what works for you!

Start the massage by warming up the tissues using gentle strokes/effleurage.
Then progress to the specific muscles that were discussed in the video.

Presence is arguably our most valuable asset.

You can have all the time in the world, but if you’re not there to experience, feel, and connect to it, are you really living?

Presence truly is a gift, to ourselves and to others.

By granting ourselves the gift of presence, we can be fully embodied in our luscious life. We experience life for all of its substance, we feel deeply, and live from an empowered, connected space. By connecting to (not just our body parts but also) the internal parts of ourselves … our inner child, inner god/goddess, inner warrior, inner mother/father … we can fully support the interaction between our internal and external landscapes.

By granting the gift of presence to those around us, not only do we offer our attention and the permission to fully show up, but we also share our influence and experience through intimacy. We are there for the smiles and hugs, the joy and sadness, the difficult conversations and uncomfortable moments.

To show up with full presence in your life, try these techniques:
1) Practice mindfulness: take in the present moment for what it is. Leave aside the past and future.
2) Reconnect with your senses: really tap into what you are tasting, smelling, seeing, hearing, and feeling.
3) Feel your emotions. Really feel them. Get curious. Give them a color, attitude, sensation, location in your body. Learn to accept all emotions, knowing that they are fleeting and serve a purpose.
4) Connect with all of your parts: check your posture and the sensation of your body grounded in the physical world. Check internally to the sub personalities within you. Connect with the deep internal pieces that drive your actions. What are they saying? What do they need?
5) Put your phone down.

Through presence, we connect, learn, and feel what it is to be human.

Time only matters if you’re really there to enjoy it.

In my work, I have found time and again, the people who successfully overcome their situation are the ones who are capable of feeling the grief of the experience when it surfaces but are also able to move past this state and see the big picture.

By taking a step back and looking at the situation (whether it’s physical healing from a surgery or being mentally stuck in a difficult emotional state), we are able to understand where we are in comparison to where we want to be. We grant our body grace to be where we are and are able to see the next step forward.

Utilizing resources is also a key component. What helps you to find internal motivation and strength? It could be supportive people, meditation, journaling, or calm, loving spaces.

So the next time you feel stuck, give it a try: grieve, take a step back to see the big picture, and utilize your resources to move forward. 💕

Play is vital to supporting your inner child, tapping into creativity, and learning to be more at ease and in flow with life.

Play is also an excellent way to cultivate life force energy and rebuild your connection to your truth.

The more we allow ourselves to play, the more we are embodied in our essence.

Dr. Stuart Brown, researcher and founder of The National Institute for Play, has identified eight play personalities:

➰ The collector: building collections of stamps, cars, rocks
➰ The competitor: sports like golf, soccer, baseball
➰ The creator/artist: drawing, painting, sewing, woodworking
➰ The director: planning parties or trips, choreographing dances
➰ The explorer: vacations, learning a new language or type of music
➰ The joker: telling jokes, improv, practical jokes
➰ The kinesthete: moving your body, mindless stretching, dancing
➰ The storyteller: listening to or creating stories, theater, writing

➰Cultivate your energy through practice of the Microcosmic Orbit Meditation.➰

This is an ancient Taoist practice that works through circulation, storing, and transformation of your sxual energy.

This practice will help to restore lost sxual, creative, and life force energy and reinforce your personal sense of empowerment.

¡Start Here!
- Set up a comfortable meditation space.
- Sit up straight with your spine erect.
As you become more practiced, you can tap into this energetic state in any capacity.
- Shut down your eyes and intend to connect with your etheric body.
- Notice the tingles, the movement of the breath.
- Intend to follow the energy from the perineum up the back (the Yang channel), over the head and connecting into the base of the tongue (the switch)
- Continue to follow the energy down the front of the body (the Yin channel), back toward the perineum.
- Repeat the circuit.

It’s important to feel the energy and not visualize it. Be patient. This will take practice.

1. CIRCULATE
You can circulate both negative and positive energies.
- As these two energies are combined and circulated, a natural process ignites the negative energy back into life force or etheric energy.
- This creates a purely positive energy cycle and sets the foundation for supportive energy management habits inside of yourself.
(A great tool for giving you more energy to cope with life, negativity, and stress.)

2. STORE
You energy can be circulated in the body and ultimately stored in a safe place for later use.
- Place your hands over the chosen area.
(I recommend the gnitals due to their connection with sxual energy, but the heart, adrenals/kidneys, or liver are other good options.)
- Focus your energy and attention to this area and breathe into the space.

3. TRANSFORM
Cultivate the energy by settling back into the meditation, breathing into the gnital (or storage) area and allow the energy to flow.
- Feel into this aliveness. This is the foundation for fostering connection with your physical, mental & energetic body.
- Use this technique against feelings of emotional overwhelm. 🤍
- Or utilize this powerful energy as fuel for manifesting your desires! ➰
