Get into the flow of your body with mirror dancing! Actively engage multiple senses, experiment with combinations and intensity. Meet your gaze. Really see yourself. Smile. Touch your skin and clothes. Bring awareness to the felt sense. Delight in it. Watch your body move. Notice your form, your movements. Feel yourself from the inside. Move with curiosity. Be playful. Feel into the magic that is you. Move away from negative self-talk, criticism, and analysis and toward positive feelings and appreciation.
For a spicy alternative, turn down the lights or do it sans clothing.
With practice, it can expand our capacity for pleasure and self-love.
Witnessing yourself in this process is powerful.
